Who can get advice?
- Single parents in clarifying the child's maintenance claims, including calculation and corresponding certification
- Mothers or fathers with whom the child lives with regard to their own maintenance claims against the other parent (so-called care maintenance)
- young adults up to the age of 21 with regard to their own maintenance claims against their parents.
By appointment, we will notarize maintenance obligations free of charge
- for children who have not yet reached the age of 21
- Maintenance claims of the parent providing care
If no amicable arrangements can be made with the parent liable for maintenance, it is possible to set up a guardianship for your minor child.
We take the time for a personal consultation. It is therefore essential that you make an appointment in advance.
