The City of Salzgitter’s Parenting, Family, and Youth Counseling Service offers a course for separated parents twice a year (in the spring and fall) to interested parents.
Over the course of seven afternoons, under the guidance of an experienced counseling team, the course focuses on how parents can learn to manage stress and take good care of themselves; how they can effectively support and guide their child or children; and how they can successfully reduce parental conflicts.
Introductions to the topics alternate with exercises and group discussions. There are also many practical tips for everyday life at home.
Participation is free of charge.
Registration is open year-round.

October 28, November 4, November 11, November 18, November 25, December 3 and December 9
