Children, youth and family department

The specialist service for children, young people and families offers children, young people, young adults and their families needs-based leisure, advice and support services. Our tasks and services include general support services as well as individual support services to ensure a successful upbringing in our city. Our specialist service is divided into two staff units and five specialist areas which, together with other specialist services and independent providers, shape the child and youth welfare landscape in Salzgitter.
