I have to go to the police, what should I do?
As a rule, your legal guardians (i.e. either your parents or a guardian) will also have received information about the invitation. Take your mother or father with you to the hearing (or witness hearing, depending on the reason why you were invited). In principle, you may also take another trusted person with you if you are afraid to tell your parents; however, this trusted person must be of legal age.
The police will inform you of your rights.
You (and your parents or your confidant) are also very welcome to seek advice before the interview at the Juvenile Aid in Criminal Proceedings (JuHiS).

I've messed up, where can I do my hours?
Working hours can be completed in any non-profit organization, kindergarten, retirement home or youth club. To ensure that you are insured, we as Jugendhilfe im Strafverfahren (JuHiS) should know about this. Therefore, please register with us, depending on where you live:
If you are unable to find a job, or if you have a lot of hours to work, the colleagues below can help you. We also award contracts for the completion of working hours. For example, you can complete work hours by reading a book, including a presentation, or by attending a training course.
Perhaps you need help with job applications? Then you can have hours credited to you through the appropriate counseling at PACE.
Very important: Counseling is voluntary. You decide how much contact you want with us.

What should I do if strangers write to me and sexually harass me?
First of all, you should NOT send the person any data about yourself (this includes photos and videos). People often appear very friendly and offer you gifts (Game Pass, skins, subscriptions, etc.) to ingratiate themselves and pretend to be around your age (with a fake profile). In most cases, however, sexual innuendos and offers, as well as threats, are made after a very short time. Don't respond and get your parents, relatives, friends or another trusted person to help you.
Make sure you talk to someone and don't feel ashamed, because you can't help what this online contact is doing to you. You should definitely file a complaint with the police together with your parents, as the mere attempt to have sexual contact with minors has been a criminal offense since 2020. Please collect evidence (screenshots, printouts, etc.) and block the contact without responding. You should also report the person to the social network so that others are also protected.
"Dickpics" and what can I do?
Are you on the Internet and have received an unsolicited picture of a stranger's private parts? Take a screenshot of it (preferably with the stranger's username and/or cell phone number) and go to the Dickstinction homepage, for example. You can file a criminal complaint there within a minute.
But also confide in people with whom you can easily talk about it. In the event of sexual abuse, you can contact the help hotline free of charge (see below).
In any case, you should report the contact to the social network, block them and do not reply to the messages.
What is a title?
A maintenance certificate or a maintenance assessment order is also legally referred to as a title. The debtor undertakes to pay you maintenance in an enforceable document. This was usually recorded before you reached the age of majority and is generally valid beyond this age.
If no maintenance is paid to you despite the deed, you can use this title to enforce your claims, e.g. by garnishing your salary. If you have any questions about your title or how to enforce it, please contact us.
