Bullying happens in different ways, e.g. at school or on social media.

The first people to contact are people you trust in your own environment. These could be your parents, relatives or trusted friends.

However, if you would like to talk to independent people, there are usually also people at your school who are there for you. These are, for example, liaison teachers, class teachers, school social workers or separate counseling centers within the school.

The many children's and youth clubs in Salzgitter also have an open ear for you and can help you in this situation. Here you can talk to the staff on site without any problems and in confidence.
